Blue Boll LLC (“BlueBoll”, “we”) runs www.blueboll.com. This notice covers what the site collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you send through the request form: your name and email, and if you add them, your organization, phone number, message, and the ID of the water system whose page you sent it from. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your request. If you ask for quotes or sampling, we share your project’s details with the engineers, contractors or laboratories we bring in, and only after you agree. We don’t sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

Requests are deleted automatically two years after they arrive. Emails we exchange with you stay in our mailbox as business records.

Email admin@blueboll.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

The Planner’s data

Water system details and PFAS results come from EPA’s public UCMR 5 and SDWIS records. The Planner shows no individual’s contact details.

If this changes, we’ll update this page and its date.
